AlphaSync is not a stock broker, sub-broker, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any such capacity.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on this website or in AlphaSync products — including strategy templates, signals, scanner output, analytics, AI Mentor responses, articles and research — is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative. Users make their own decisions and are responsible for them.
3. Trading risk

Product interfaces on this website are shown with illustrative data and are not trading results. Backtests, virtual-capital results and simulated benchmarks are hypothetical, have inherent limitations and do not guarantee future outcomes.
6. Educational data
In line with SEBI requirements effective 1 July 2026, educational programs and the public platform demo use market data delayed by 30 days. Live market data is available only through a user’s own broker account or for technical/API testing.
